The field of social sciences is alluring to many and it captured Mr. Lucich’s attention at an early age. In 1960, he graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Science. A few years later, he earned a Master of Science from the same university in 1968. A year later and he began his three-decade long career teaching sociology at the University of New England. Throughout the years, Mr. Lucich has maintained affiliation as a fellow of the Australian Anthropological Society.
